How do I make a room reservation?
invivodata has secured discounted room rates at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Be sure to make your reservations on the conference registration page.
Conference Room Rate: $185 per night for a standard room. The rate is also available 3 days prior to the conference and 3 days post conference.
Which airport is closest to the Boca Raton Resort & Club?
Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach airports are both approximately 45 minutes away from the resort.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual is suggested. The average Boca Raton temperature in in April is tyically 83 degrees; however, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to accommodate hotel air conditioning and evening activities.
May I go to any breakout session, or do I have to follow a track?
You may attend any of the breakout sessions.
What is the cost to attend the invivodata ePRO conference?
The registration fee is $395 USD. This fee includes all conference materials and meals beginning with dinner on Tuesday, April 29th and ending with lunch on Thursday, May 1st.
