invivodata is pleased to offer a group discount rate of $185 per night based on availability for the conference plus 11.5% hotel tax. This exclusive arrangement allows you to enjoy this discounted rate for the three days prior to the start of the conference, and for three days beyond the close of the conference! Be sure to make your hotel reservations when you register through the conference registration form.
The hotel also charges a daily resort fee of $18 which includes internet access, admission to the fitness center, bottled water, newspaper and turndown service.
Airport Transportation
We suggest that attendees fly into either Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach airport. Travel time from either airport is approximately 45 minutes.
Airport Transportation Options
invivodata will provide complimentary shuttle transportation from Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach airports on Tuesday, April 29th between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm. invivodata will provide return shuttle transportation (to Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach airports) on Thursday, May 1st between the hours of 1 pm and 7 pm from the Boca Raton Resort. A shuttle schedule will be provided at a later date. Please indicate your interest in airport shuttle service on the registration form.
If you are arriving or departing outside of the hours serviced by the shuttle, taxi service is available from both airports and Super Shuttle is available at West Palm Beach airport. In West Palm Beach, Super Shuttle provides excellent service to and from Boca Raton Resort. Reservations for Super Shuttle can be made by calling +1 561-233-0500. Reservations are not necessary.
Driving DirectionsFrom Fort Lauderdale Airport To The Boca Raton Resort & Club (24 miles): Exit the airport, and take I-595 West to I-95 North. Take I-95 North approximately 16 miles to Hillsboro Boulevard East (Exit 42A). Turn right onto Hillsboro Boulevard, and drive approximately 1½ miles to Federal Highway (U.S. 1). Turn left onto Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and drive approximately 1¾ miles to Camino Real. Turn right onto Camino Real. The resort entrance is ¼ miles ahead on the left-hand side.*
From Palm Beach International Airport (28 miles): Begin east on direct ramp from airport's exit to I–95 South, toward Miami. Take the Palmetto Park Road exit. Take a left onto Palmetto park road and continue east until Federal Highway. Turn right onto Federal Highway / US 1 South. Go to E. Camino Real, make a left. Pass through one roundabout. End at 501 E. Camino Real.
