How do I make a room reservation?
invivodata has secured discounted room rates at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. Be sure to make your reservations on the conference registration website.
Conference Room Rate: $209 per night + tax for a standard room. The rate is also available 3 days prior to the conference and 3 days post conference.
Which airport is closest to the Naples Grande?
Fort Myers – Southwest Florida International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away from the Resort.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual is suggested. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to accommodate hotel air conditioning and evening activities.
May I go to any breakout session, or do I have to follow a track?
You may attend any of the breakout sessions.
What is the cost to attend the invivodata ePRO conference?
The registration fee is $395 USD. This fee includes all conference materials and meals beginning with dinner on Tuesday, April 21 and ending with lunch on Thursday, April 23.
